Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

System Design Specialist, Royce Bunn, was able to diagnose the problem and give solutions to fix it. Part of the solution was to install a WaterGuard system around the perimeter of the basement. This system allowed the water to drain properly into the new TripleSafe sump pump system. Foreman, Kevin Steffey, and his crew installed the WaterGuard system around the basement's perimeter walls.

After a thorough inspection, it was decided that the basement needed to have WaterGuard® and a TripleSafe™ sump pump installed to help control water issues. A WaterGuard® subfloor drainage system will be paired with the CleanSpace® barrier and will empty into the home's existing sump pump.
