Facing persistent basement moisture while preparing to sell their Duluth home, one homeowner turned to us for a basement waterproofing solution. Initially the basement was damp and uninviting, posing a challenge for the sale. Design Specialist Casey Healy provided a free, no-obligation estimate for our Waterproofing System. A DBS Foreman and their production team installed our WaterGuard® System along the perimeter of the basement and an UltraSump® Pump to keep water out of the basement for good.

The installation team also installed 22 WallDefense® straps to support bowing and cracking basement walls.

DBS Foreman Zach Jorenby and crew worked on the interior waterproofing job. The crew began by breaking out concrete to create a trench around the home's footing. Our WaterGuard® drain system was put into place and will effectively capture wall and floor seepage, directing it to a the basement sump pump. The crew finished the job by burying the discharge line in the lawn away from the home.
