The owner of this cabin in Floodwood, MN reached out to DBS in hopes of finding a solution to their failing foundation.

A DBS Design Specialist went out to the property to conduct a free no-obligation estimate for the cabin owner. After a thorough inspection, the Design Specialist recommended our helical piering system.

A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed helical piers to replace the failing support posts underneath the cabin. Piers are installed by driving them into the ground beneath a structure until they are lodged into soil strong enough to support the weight of the structure, providing permanent stability.
